CUBA, NY — A 72-year-old man was arrested following a brief pursuit on Jan. 13, 2026.
Cuba Police arrested Ivan M. Casavant Jr., of New Hudson, at approximately 7:40 p.m.
Casavant Jr. was charged with no/insufficient lights, failure to maintain lane, failure to notify DMV of an address change, failure to obey a police officer, driving while intoxicated and obstruction of governmental administration.
He was processed and placed in the Allegany County Jail.
