AUGUSTA, ME — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man connected to an incident in the city.
The Augusta Police Department released a photo of the individual as part of its weekly “Wanted Wednesday Alert” on social media.
Police did not disclose the nature of the incident but said investigators are looking into various possible offenses including assault, hit and run, credit card fraud, forgery or theft.
The department said store security cameras and home surveillance systems are often the primary tools used to identify suspects in investigations.
