METHUEN, MA — Two people were arrested Thursday following the execution of a search warrant in the Hampshire Road area.
The Lawrence Police Department Street Crimes Unit executed the warrant at approximately 4 p.m., with assistance from the Methuen Police Department, NEMLEC SWAT and federal law enforcement partners.
The search warrant was issued as part of an ongoing investigation into a shots-fired incident that occurred in Lawrence in December.
Police did not release the identities of those arrested or what charges they face.
