MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — Police are searching for a missing woman last seen Thursday evening.
Kianna Carter was reported missing by her mother at approximately 5:40 p.m. Nov. 20.
Police believe Carter may frequent western Philadelphia.
She does not have a phone with her.
Carter was last seen wearing a black burqa.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
