SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested a local man on multiple charges stemming from alleged harassment and violations of court-ordered conditions.

Yohan A. Krumov, 30, of South Windsor, was taken into custody at 10:05 a.m. Monday on three active arrest warrants.

Police said Krumov’s charges stem from a December investigation in which it was determined he called and texted victims several times to cause them alarm and fear for their safety.

Later in December, Krumov contacted the victims three times in violation of conditions of release from a previous arrest, according to police.

Krumov was charged with harassment in the second degree, three counts of violation of conditions of release and failure to appear in the first degree.

He was processed and held at South Windsor Police Department on a $10,000 surety bond.

Krumov was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
