FERRISBURGH, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred Friday morning on Old Hollow Road.
Troopers from the New Haven Barracks were dispatched to the intersection of Old Hollow Road and Four Winds Road at approximately 8:56 a.m.
Police identified the operator of the first vehicle as Sam Moriglioni, 19, of Ferrisburgh, who was driving a 2014 Subaru Outback.
The operator of the second vehicle was identified as Caleb Wright, 28, of Ferrisburgh, who was driving a 2020 Ford F-150.
The investigation showed that Wright was driving east on Old Hollow Road when Moriglioni, who was stopped at a stop sign on Four Winds Road, turned left onto Old Hollow Road and struck Wright’s vehicle.
The Subaru sustained rear-end damage, while the Ford sustained front-end damage.
Both operators were wearing seat belts and neither sustained injuries.
Road conditions were wet at the time of the crash, though weather was clear.
The Ferrisburgh Fire Department and Charlotte Rescue assisted at the scene.
