HOPE VALLEY, RI — A Central Falls woman was arrested early Sunday morning on multiple charges including driving under the influence.
Troopers arrested Emarys Cruz, 24, of Central Falls, at 1:32 a.m. Jan. 10, 2026.
Cruz was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense, with blood alcohol content unknown.
She also faces charges of refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense, and possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance, 10 grams or less of fentanyl.
Cruz was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and held as a bail violator.
