SPRINGVILLE, NY — A Cattaraugus woman was arrested on a bench warrant and later charged with drug possession after suspected cocaine was found during a jail search.
Crystal M. Lore, 32, of Cattaraugus, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Jan. 7 on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court.
Lore was arrested after coming into contact with Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies and was turned over to Cattaraugus County Deputies without incident.
Following a secondary search upon arrival at the Cattaraugus County Jail, Lore was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and promoting prison contraband in the first degree after 2.5 grams of suspected cocaine was located on her person.
She is being held in jail awaiting further court proceedings.
Lore will appear in the Town of Little Valley Court at a later date on the drug charges.
