CAMDEN, NJ — Two Camden County residents were arrested in December on charges related to child sexual abuse material, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.
Jeffrey Mauer Jr., 38, of Gloucester Township, was charged on Dec. 5 with second-degree distribution of child sexual abuse material, second-degree possession with intent to distribute child sexual abuse material, and third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material.
A cyber tip led detectives to an online account used to possess and distribute child sexual abuse material, according to authorities.
During the investigation, detectives identified Mauer as the user of the account.
A forensic search of Mauer’s cell phone revealed child sexual abuse material, authorities said.
He was arrested in Gloucester Township on Dec. 5 and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
Mauricio Nemorio-Reyes, 22, of Camden, was charged on Dec. 29 with second-degree distribution of child sexual abuse material, second-degree possession with intent to distribute child sexual abuse material, and third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material.

During the investigation, detectives identified Nemorio-Reyes as the user of the account.
Nemorio-Reyes was arrested in Camden on Dec. 29 and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
The investigations were conducted by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, including task force officers from the Gloucester Township Police Department, Camden County Sheriff’s Office, and U.S. Homeland Security Investigations – Cherry Hill, in collaboration with the Camden County Police Department.
