CATSKILL, NY — A 31-year-old man was arrested Tuesday following a months-long investigation into drug sales.
Lucien Hannah, of Catskill, was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, a class B felony.
He also faces four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation into narcotic drug sales in the town of Catskill.
Hannah was arraigned in Greene County Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
The Greene County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation.
