PENN YAN, NY — A 40-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant Tuesday.
Robert H. Wood II, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police on a warrant for obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
The warrant was issued out of the City of Corning.
Wood was transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP Court.
