SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested a Vernon man Tuesday on an active arrest warrant stemming from a November shoplifting incident.
Adam W. Champlin, 42, of Vernon, was taken into custody at 5:42 a.m. by the Windsor Police Department and transferred to South Windsor police.
Police said Champlin stole $113.10 worth of items from Stop & Shop at 1739 Ellington Road in November.
He was processed and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
Champlin is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 21 at 9 a.m.
