WARWICK, RI — Troopers arrested a Massachusetts man early Tuesday on an outstanding warrant.
Nicholas Apodiakos, 61, of Auburndale, Massachusetts, was taken into custody at 12:13 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue.
Apodiakos was wanted on an affidavit and arrest warrant for larceny under $1,500 originating from the Lincoln Police Department.
He was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks for processing.
Apodiakos was then turned over to the Lincoln Police Department.
