SAUGERTIES, NY — A woman was arrested following a dispute complaint on Jan. 1, 2026.
Kara M. Berryann, 49, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at approximately 3:48 a.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
An investigation into the dispute led to Berryann being charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.
Berryann was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in Saugerties Town Justice Court at a later date.
