BOLIVAR, NY — Police arrested a local man on multiple charges including felony weapon possession on Jan. 3, 2026.
Terry J. Burdick, 46, of Bolivar was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony.
He also faces infractions for illegal operation of an ATV on a highway, unregistered ATV and speed not reasonable and prudent.
Burdick was turned over to New York State Police on outstanding warrants from that agency.
He was held at Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP Court.
