Man arrested on theft charge in Bradford

BRADFORD, ME — A Bradford man was arrested Thursday in connection with the theft of two tractors from a residence in Barnard Township.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft on Thursday.

Deputies developed information on the location of the tractors and executed a search warrant.

The tractors, along with other items stolen from the residence, were recovered in Bradford.

Randolph “Randy” Burgoin, 38, of Bradford, was arrested and charged with theft, a Class C felony, and violation of his condition of release.

Burgoin is being held at the Piscataquis County Jail.

Additional charges are pending as the investigation continues.
