ORANGE, VT — State police arrested a 49-year-old man on a domestic assault charge Thursday evening.
Troopers responded to a report of a family disturbance at 6:07 p.m.
An investigation indicated Jason Wark, of Orange, assaulted a household member, according to police.
Wark was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks.
He was lodged at the Northeast Correctional Complex.
Wark was ordered to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Jan. 5, 2026 at 12:30 p.m.
