LONDONDERRY, NH — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a woman suspected of felony theft at a local grocery store.
The woman is accused of taking a purse that was left behind at Market Basket and failing to return it, according to the Londonderry Police Department.
Authorities said keeping property that is known to be lost, mislaid or mistakenly delivered can constitute theft if reasonable steps are not taken to return it and there is intent to keep it from the owner.
Police are asking anyone who can identify the woman or has information about the incident to contact Officer Burt.
