TORREY, NY — A man was arrested on a bench warrant on Dec. 31.
Tino M. Rivas, 57, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody by Yates County Sheriff’s deputies on an active bench warrant issued out of Yates County Court for a violation of interim probation.
Rivas was transported to the Yates County Jail to await the next available session of Yates County Court for arraignment.
