CRANSTON, RI — A Newport man was charged as a fugitive from justice from Massachusetts on Dec. 30.
Preston Schuster, 21, of Newport, was charged by the ACI Investigations Unit.
Schuster was arraigned in Third Division District Court.
He was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending his return to Massachusetts.
