TROY, NY — A woman was arrested on a drug-impaired driving charge early Wednesday morning after state police stopped her vehicle for a traffic violation.
Stacey A. Riley, 45, of Rensselaer, was stopped at about 2:28 a.m. on Front Street.
Riley was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
She was transported to State Police barracks in Brunswick for processing, where samples were collected to determine the drug content of her blood.
Further investigation determined Riley had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years and did not have a valid driver’s license.
Riley was issued tickets returnable to Troy City Court on March 19, 2026, and released to a sober third party.
