22 arrests reported in White Plains over week

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Police reported 22 arrests between Dec. 21 and Dec. 27, according to a department blotter released this week.

A 37-year-old man from New Rochelle was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd on Dec. 21 after damaging the store window to Walter’s Hot Dogs at 186 Mamaroneck Ave.

The subject was released with a future court date.

On Dec. 22, a 38-year-old male from Yonkers was charged with Petit Larceny after shoplifting $431.43 worth of store merchandise from Target at 9 City Pl.

The subject was released with a future court date.

A 36-year-old man from New Haven, Connecticut, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument on Dec. 23 on Hamilton Avenue.

The subject was driving with fraudulent license plates and a suspended license.

The vehicle was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.

A 45-year-old female from White Plains was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Menacing in the 2nd Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on Dec. 25 at 46 Dekalb Ave. following a domestic dispute and violation of an existing Order of Protection.

The subject was held for arraignment.

On Dec. 26, a 37-year-old male from Mamaroneck was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree on Ferris Avenue after a routine traffic stop showed his driver’s license was suspended.

The car was impounded and the subject was released with a future court date.

Other charges during the time period included Vehicle & Traffic Law (6), Assault/Menacing (3), Larceny (2), Criminal Mischief (1), Criminal Contempt (1), Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument (1), Disorderly Conduct (1), Obstructing Governmental Administration (1), and Warrant (1).
