Woman charged with resisting arrest in Plattsburgh

PLATTSBURGH, NY — A Plattsburgh woman was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest on Dec. 18 at 3:35 p.m.

Deputies said Krista Fountain, 38, allegedly resisted apprehension when officers attempted to arrest her.

Fountain was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City of Plattsburgh Court at a later date.
