RANDOLPH, VT — A 38-year-old man was cited for unlawful trespass after allegedly entering a convenience store on three separate occasions despite being served a notice to stay away.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks were notified of a male trespassing at The Barn convenience store on Dec. 20, Dec. 22 and Dec. 23.
Investigation determined that Zachariah Alkhatatbih, 38, of Randolph, had entered the premises of The Barn on three separate occasions after being served a notice of trespass from the business.
On Dec. 24, Alkhatatbih was located and issued a criminal citation for unlawful trespass.
Alkhatatbih was ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Orange Criminal Division at a later date to answer to the charge.
