STOCKHOLM, NY — New York State Police charged Hunter M. Snyder, 23, of Potsdam, with criminal mischief following a domestic dispute in the Town of Stockholm on Dec. 22.
Troopers responded at approximately 4:45 p.m. to a report of a domestic dispute on Knapps Station Road.
Police said an investigation found that Snyder and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument when Snyder became upset and damaged the windshield of a vehicle.
Snyder was arrested and transported to State Police Massena for processing.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Stockholm Court in February.
