BURLINGTON, NJ — A man is facing attempted murder charges following a stabbing on Belmont Street.
Officers responded to the 100 block of Belmont Street at approximately 9:30 p.m. Dec. 22 for a report of a stabbing.
Police located a male victim who had sustained multiple stab wounds.
The victim was transported to Cooper Trauma Center, where he remains in critical condition.
Terrence Scott was taken into custody at the scene.
Scott has been charged with attempted murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and endangering an injured victim.
He is being held at the Burlington County Detention Facility.
