PENN YAN, NY — Police arrested a 53-year-old man on a harassment charge after he allegedly entered a local store while intoxicated and made unwanted physical contact with an employee.
Theodore L. Auld, of Penn Yan, was arrested on a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
Police say Auld entered the store in an intoxicated condition and subjected an employee to unwanted physical contact.
He was issued a ticket without incident.
Auld is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
