PENN YAN, NY — Police arrested a man on multiple charges following a domestic disturbance investigation.
Eric J. Sullivan, 51, of Penn Yan, was arrested for assault in the 3rd degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, and harassment in the 2nd degree.
Police responded to a residence on Dec. 15 for a report of a physical domestic incident.
Sullivan allegedly punched the victim, held them to the ground, pulled out their hair and choked them.
Sullivan was taken into custody and transported to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
