SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A Massachusetts man was arrested early Sunday morning following a domestic violence incident.
Jacob A. Murphy, 24, of East Falmouth, Massachusetts, was taken into custody by South Windsor Police Department at 4:50 a.m. Dec. 21.
Police determined Murphy punched a victim in the face during the incident.
Murphy was issued a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct.
He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. today.
