MONTGOMERY, VT — A West Glover man was cited for DUI refusal following a crash on Vermont Route 118 on Dec. 20.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were notified of the crash at approximately 10:46 p.m.
The operator was identified as Alexander Telford, 49, of West Glover.
While speaking with Telford, troopers identified multiple indicators of impairment.
Telford was issued a criminal citation to appear in Franklin County Court for the charge of DUI refusal.
