RIVERSIDE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police are asking residents to check security cameras after a man was reported attempting to open car doors early Friday morning.
Patrol officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Delaware Avenue at approximately 1 a.m. for a report of a male suspect trying to open vehicle doors.
Officers located a suspect in the area and took him into custody on a separate matter.
Police are requesting residents in the area review their camera systems for footage of anyone attempting to illegally enter cars or committing other illegal activity.
