CLARKSTOWN, NY — A pedestrian was killed in a crash on the Thruway southbound at Exit 14 early Thursday morning, according to New York State Police.
The crash occurred at approximately 4:58 a.m. Dec. 18 in the town of Clarkstown in Rockland County.
State Police, fire and EMS responded to the scene.
The Exit 14 acceleration ramp was blocked.
The collision remains under investigation.
