BIG FLATS, NY — A Horseheads man was arrested on an active bench warrant Dec. 16.
Thomas M. Vankeuren, 34, of Horseheads, was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
The warrant was issued by Big Flats Town Court on Nov. 4.
Vankeuren was arraigned by Big Flats Town Court and released.
