NORWICH, NY — A 43-year-old man was arrested following a domestic dispute investigation.
Michael R. Towndrow, of Norwich, was taken into custody by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 14.
Deputies determined Towndrow had damaged property belonging to the victim during the incident.
He was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Towndrow was arraigned at CAP court and released on his own recognizance.
