PENN YAN, NY — Police arrested a local man on an outstanding burglary warrant from another county.
Kristoffer D. Johnson, 46, of Penn Yan was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Hamilton Street.
Officers conducted the stop and a check of Johnson’s license revealed an active arrest warrant for third-degree burglary out of Chemung County.
Johnson was arrested and turned over to Chemung County deputies.
