SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested two men on separate charges this week.
Mario R. Clare, 28, of Hartford, was arrested Tuesday on an active failure to appear arrest warrant.
Clare turned himself in at police headquarters at 9:45 a.m. and was processed and released on a $15,000 surety bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 31 at 9 a.m.
Vincent M. Lachance, 28, of South Windsor, was arrested Wednesday following a domestic violence incident.
Police determined Lachance violated a full no contact protective order by having contact with the victim.
Lachance was taken into custody at 1:16 a.m. and was processed and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
