Man arrested on harassment, contempt charges in Cuba

CUBA, NY — Police arrested a New Hudson man on multiple charges Dec. 16.

Eric J. Burkhard, 40, was taken into custody at approximately 9:30 a.m., according to the Cuba Police Department.

Burkhard faces charges of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a misdemeanor, two counts of criminal contempt in the first degree, both felonies, and aggravated family offense, a felony.

He was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.
