MASSENA, NY — New York State Police charged a woman with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Petit Larceny on Dec. 12.
April L. Stewart, 44, of Massena, was arrested following an investigation into unauthorized charges made on a debit card.
The incident was reported on Sept. 18 at approximately 12:55 p.m.
An investigation determined that Stewart was in possession of the victim’s debit card and used it to complete fraudulent purchases totaling $579.85.
Stewart was arrested and processed at SP Canton.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Massena Court at a later date.
