PUTNAM, CT — Police are investigating a burglary at Putnam House of Pizza that occurred overnight Saturday into Sunday morning.
Officers responded Sunday morning after being alerted that the restaurant at 364 School St. had been broken into.
Police determined that entry was forced into the building and a sum of money was stolen from the cash register.
The investigation remains open and active, with officers working with other area law enforcement agencies who experienced similar incidents the same night.
