UNADILLA, NY — A man was arrested Monday following a domestic incident in the Town of Unadilla.
Christopher A. Decker, 38, of Unadilla, was charged with assault in the third degree, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.
Deputies with the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of a past physical domestic incident with injuries at a residence in the town.
Decker was located and arrested on the charges.
He was held at the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office pending centralized arraignment.
Decker is scheduled to appear in Unadilla Town Court.
