VICTORY, VT — State police responded to a report of a physical dispute on Dec. 14.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were dispatched to the scene at approximately 3:16 p.m.
Following an investigation, police determined that Jackie Frost, 69, of Victory, had assaulted Thomas McClintick, 64, of Victory.
Frost was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in Essex County Superior Court on Dec. 15 at 12:30 p.m.
