TOPSHAM, VT — A 54-year-old man was arrested on a domestic assault charge following an incident on Willey Hill Road.
Harold Hallock Sr., of Topsham, was taken into custody after Vermont State Police responded to a dispute in Groton at approximately 12:38 p.m. on Dec. 15.
Troopers determined that Hallock had committed domestic assault the previous night at a residence on Willey Hill Road in Topsham.
Hallock was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Criminal Court on Dec. 16 at 12:30 p.m.
