22 arrested in Fulton County

JOHNSTOWN, NY — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 people and handled 187 incidents between Dec. 1 and Dec. 7.

The incidents included 4 animal complaints, 1 disorderly conduct, 5 domestic violence complaints, 1 fraud, 2 larcenies, 24 motor vehicle accidents, 29 traffic stops, 2 trespasses, 3 unauthorized uses of a motor vehicle and 3 welfare checks.

Tyrell H. Thomas, 30, of Brooklyn, was charged in Johnstown city court with promoting prison contraband in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Ryan J. Edwards, 42, of Edinburg, was charged in Johnstown city court with criminal possession of a narcotic drug in the fourth degree, a class C felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, a class B felony.

He was also arrested on a warrant out of Gloversville city court.

Cassondra S. Stumbrice, 39, of Gloversville, was charged in Johnstown city court with criminal possession of a narcotic drug in the fourth degree, a class C felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, a class B felony.

Francis A. Ryan III, 30, of Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant issued by Johnstown town court and charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Carson J. Richardson, 18, of Fort Johnson, was charged in Perth town court with burglary in the third degree, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Kristian L. Lyons, 43, of Gloversville, was charged in Johnstown town court with burglary in the third degree, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

He was also charged in Gloversville city court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Ivette M. Arroyo, 51, of Mayfield, was charged in Mayfield town court with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Peter R. Anadio Jr., 47, of Gloversville, was charged in Johnstown town court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, and in Northampton town court with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor.

He was also arrested on a warrant issued out of Johnstown city court.

Ashton M. Pison, 30, of Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Johnstown town court.

Chad J. Dorman, 45, of Johnstown, was charged in Johnstown town court with bail jumping in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, and was arrested on a warrant issued out of Johnstown town court.

Rogelio Tavares Hernandez, 45, of Johnstown, was charged in Johnstown town court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Israel A. Acuna, 41, of Gloversville, was charged in Johnstown town court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Matthew A. Gonzalez, 34, of Broadalbin, was charged in Broadalbin town court with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Sarah L. Dwight, 44, of Johnstown, was charged in Johnstown town court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Nicholas Etherton Jr., 62, of Johnstown, was charged in Johnstown town court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Heather M. Coro, 42, of Vermont, was charged in Mayfield town court with bail jumping in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, and was arrested on a warrant out of Mayfield town court.
