MALTA, NY — A man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
Robert F. Warren Jr., 61, of Malta, is accused of stealing $2,000 from an apartment complex in Malta in July that he received as advance payment for construction work which he never performed.
Warren was released on an appearance ticket at the direction of the Honorable James A. Fauci of the Malta Town Court pending further proceedings.
The charge is a class E felony.
