CHARLOTTE, VT — A 38-year-old man was arrested on a domestic assault charge Saturday afternoon following a family disturbance.
Vermont State Police received a report of a family disturbance at a residence on Spear Street at approximately 4:08 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Denis Nunez, 38, of Charlotte, had assaulted a household member.
Nunez was arrested and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
He was later released and issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Chittenden County Criminal Division on Dec. 15 at 10:30 a.m.
