JOHNSTON, RI — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a woman on Dec. 9 on multiple charges.
Thea Sip, 42, of Johnston, was taken into custody on an affidavit and arrest warrant issued by the East Providence Police Department.
Sip faces charges of embezzlement and fraudulent conversion.
She is also charged as a fugitive from justice from Massachusetts for larceny over $1,200.
Sip was arrested without incident and turned over to the East Providence Police Department.
