THETFORD, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 North near mile marker 87.8 on Dec. 11.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:55 a.m.
Police determined that Ji-Suk Yoo, 45, of Hanover, New Hampshire, failed to maintain her lane due to road conditions and struck a 2025 Peterbilt operated by Bennett Cochran, 28, of Barnet.
Yoo was driving a 2018 Mazda CX-9 at the time of the crash.
After the collision, Yoo’s vehicle entered the median where it sustained additional damage from the terrain and snowfall.
The Peterbilt trailer sustained a scuff to the driver’s side.
Road conditions were reported as slick at the time of the crash.
No injuries were reported.
Yoo was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, while Cochran was not wearing a seat belt.
