CENTRAL FALLS, RI — Members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested a 39-year-old man on multiple drug charges on Dec. 10.
Carlos Rivera, of Central Falls, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo (cocaine), possession with intent to deliver Schedule I/II (cocaine), possession with intent to deliver 1 oz – 1 kilo (fentanyl), possession with intent to deliver Schedule I/II (fentanyl), possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I/II (amphetamines), and controlled substance conspiracy.
Rivera was taken into custody without incident.
He was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
Rivera was later turned over to officials at the ACI Men’s Intake Center pending a morning arraignment.
