WARWICK, RI — A 43-year-old man was arrested on a charge of possession of child pornography on Dec. 9.
Adrien Hebert, of Warwick, was taken into custody by members of the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Hebert was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing before being taken to Third Division District Court.
He was arraigned before Magistrate Ippolito and held as a bail violator.
Hebert was also given 45 days to serve for a probation violation.
