VICTORY, NY — New York State Police from Troop E responded to a two-vehicle fatal collision on State Route 104 near the intersection of State Barn Road on Dec. 3.
At approximately 12:33 p.m., a vehicle traveling eastbound on State Route 104 entered a curve in the roadway, lost control and crossed into the westbound lane, striking a second vehicle.
The operator and sole occupant of the eastbound vehicle, a 22-year-old male, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The westbound vehicle was operated by Aric B. Lewis, 52, of Grayson, Kentucky, with Tonya N. Lewis, 51, also of Grayson, Kentucky, as a passenger.
Both were evaluated at the scene by EMS.
The investigation remains ongoing.
